Beckhoff CX7291, kompakt ve güvenilir bir embedded PC olup, Arm Cortex-A9 işlemci (720 MHz) ve tek çekirdek ile yüksek performans sunar. 8 çok fonksiyonlu giriş ve 4 çok fonksiyonlu çıkış ile esnek I/O konfigürasyonu sağlar. BACnet/IP protokol desteği ile HVAC, aydınlatma ve bina otomasyon sistemleri için uygundur. E-bus veya K-bus terminalleri ile otomatik I/O tanıma desteği sunar ve DIN rail montajına uygundur. TwinCAT 3 RTOS ile programlanabilir.
